Account deletion
Delete your account and data.
You're always in control of your data. Here's how to permanently delete your Continuo account.
From the app
If Continuo is installed:
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Tap Security & Privacy.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
- This opens an email to our support address with your request pre-filled — send it as-is.
We verify the request comes from your account and complete the deletion, usually within a few business days.
Without the app
No app installed, or can't sign in? Email hello@mycontinuo.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Continuo account." We'll verify and confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your accounts, contacts, activities, tasks, notes, and any connected-integration data (e.g. Gmail/Calendar tokens) associated with your account. This cannot be undone.
